For "knowing the place" you have to sleep for the first time in the Town Streets, where the girls arrive and then search for a room to sleep, it's the church, if you can't find it you have to defeat the leader in the side street and defeat him with Sapphire.
And "Open for business " the sassafras plant is on the sums behind a wooden plank in the wall, you have to remove it as Sapphire and for the chicken flavoring it's on the commercial district in the restaurant, as Cassiel you have to enter to the kitchen and you will see a shine right next to the chef.
Any chance of none mediafire links? Like maybe mega or gdrive? I have had terrible experience with mediafire and refuse to use it and haven't been able to try your game out in forever.
Has anyone already finished the Sexual Object quest? I cant seem to find anything or finish it, and I dont even know how I got the quest in the first place, and also theres apparently some slum scenes, but I don't know how to trigger them, at the ends of my wits here, please help ;-;

just, try to find every H scene, complete the 2 specials (halloween and christmas), and that's it. Ohh! repeating H scenes will not rise their stats, unless the scene has added content the 2nd time (or 3rd or 4th... etc)
